Group Therapy is available every day at 7 am and 7 pm. This is structured so that you can decide what part of the day is best for you to open up and receive any constructive criticism. Make sure you come ready to discuss how you feel and help others along in their journey.
Yoga is available every morning at 6 am because it is a great way to start your day. Yoga has proven a great help to addiction recovery. This is because often our bodies have been damaged by drug addiction. Yoga can help restore some of that damage and make you feel reconnected to your body. If you and your body are one then you are less likely to do harm to it.
Individual therapy is timed each day for what suits you and our schedule of patients as well. It is necessary to explore your inner self and discuss it openly for you to heal. We want to make sure we are up to date with how you feel about everything and where you are in the recovery process.
Breakfast is at 8:30 am each morning to help optimize your mornings. There should never be a rush after yoga or group therapy, so we give an appropriate window to settle down and get ready for the world.
Lunch takes place at 1 pm right when your body starts to need a new burst of energy. The lunch schedule is posted on the mess doors each week.
It is up to you if you want to experience physical exercise, but from 3 to 5 we allow a bit of freedom on the grounds outside. You can go to the garden for a walk, play a game of basketball on our courts, or relax at a picnic table outside.
